Warranty Policy
We offer a 2-year warranty to the original purchaser of Douk Snow products from the date of purchase. To activate the warranty, keep your proof of purchase such as the original receipt or invoice.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect, including rock damage, snapped boards, and other impact damage, or cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear.
Please note that we do not cover damage caused by improper mounting of bindings or modifications made outside of Douk Snow's facility, use of solvents, adhesives, or products used in rental or lease programs.
If your product is found to be defective under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a product of similar performance, size, and value.
If a refund is issued, whether full or partial, for a product, the warranty for that product becomes void.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
